Mystery Sketch W.I.P [UPDATE]

I am practicing gesture drawing and here is the result so far. I am planning to draw a character using this pose, who is it? Who knows? This will update by each step.

UPDATE: Now she has clothes and a face, but she isn't done yet. I'm pretty sure those of you can tell who she is, but for fun I put a censor on the eyes.
